I have been going here for over a year now... the service time and quality has gone down. I was told my full oil change/tire rotation would take about 30-45 minutes. I was okay with that and went to do shopping. The service took over 2 hours and when I was finally on my way out they told me to hold off because they were forgetting my dash wiper change. What else did they forget and why did it take over 2 hours to complete this service? I did not complain to get it done with as quick as possible but there was at least 4 cars that came way after me and left before me. The staff was standing around stretching and laughing/chatting. Came in at 8:30am, left at 10:55am. 2.5 hours total wait time and over $450 for everything (oil change, tire rotation, wiper change, 2 tire pressure sensors change.) ☠️

I did the oil change here because I had no other choice and I didn't have time despite the fact that many times I had been told not to go here, I took a chance and did the change here, but I see why people don't recommend it, they didn't tighten the crankcase cap and spilled all the oil while driving on the state I-5, now I don't know if I'll have problems with the engine, but if you see this, don't go, make sure you look for a good place or you'll just damage your vehicle at the same time you made the claim, someone else came with the same problem

Even with a constant waves of cars coming in and closing time quickly approaching, the team still provided outstanding service. They explained the cost of everything before starting any work and gave me different options in case I wanted to upgrade, downgrade, or add additional services. Not once did they seem stressed or grumpy, even though the shop never stopped getting busy. That’s what great customer service looks like. It’s the reason my family and I keep coming back again and again. Highly recommend!

Even with a multitude of other cars trying to come in and closing time barreling down on them, The team gave the most amazing service. They let me know about the cost for everything before doing it and options in case I wanted to upgrade/downgrade anything or add more. Never once did they look grumpy even though the cars would not stop coming in. But that's what happens when you have amazing customer service We can't stop coming back to you over and over again.

I was greeted right away and was able to get right in. They gave my car a rudimentary inspection (turn signals, lights, etc). My tech, Ramses did a very nice job and was able to get my in and out in a “jiffy.” Like a magician, he was able to reset My “maintenance required” light using a mysterious combination of button presses and key turns on the ignition! The assistant manager, Will was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with as well. He offered to replace a missing air filter bolts at no charge with some spare parts they had on hand. They offered me some additional (and useful) services without giving me a hard sell, which I appreciated.A+ experience all the way!
